Your satisfaction is important to us, and our policies are designed to keep our customers first while ensuring smooth and transparent service.
The following Replacement, Return & Refund policies apply only to purchases made through our official website www.avahealth.co.in. These do not apply to products purchased from offline retail stores, marketplaces, or third-party platforms.

Replacement Policy
We will gladly provide a replacement in the following cases:
In-transit damage if reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Short shelf life delivery (if the product has less than 50% shelf life left) reported within 24 hours.
Quality-related concerns, subject to review by our internal quality team after product evaluation.
For replacement, the original product must be returned to us. Without return of the product, replacement is not permitted.
Replacement not allowed in the following cases:
Expired products.
Used or partially consumed products.
Products returned without original packaging or tampered seals.
Return Policy
All our products are delivered on a Non-Returnable Basis due to their consumable nature. Returns are only allowed if:
The wrong product was delivered.
The product is damaged/defective upon delivery.
Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
Verified quality issues.
Order cancellation by Ava Health.
Refunds can be processed via:
E-vouchers/Gift Card (redeemable on your next purchase at Ava Health).
Bank transfer (processed within 7–8 business days after quality check).
Important Notes:
Refunds will only be initiated after we physically receive and verify the returned shipment.
Refunds cannot be processed to third-party bank accounts (account holder name must match the customer name).
No cash refunds will be provided for COD orders.
Refunds are not applicable if a self-shipped return is lost in transit.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
Cancellation requests must be made during working hours (9:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday).
Once the order has been packed/shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
