Refund Policy

At Ava Health (Aushadh Vruksha Ayurveda), we strive to deliver the highest quality Ayurvedic superfoods and powders. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we have designed our refund policy to be fair, transparent, and customer-friendly.


Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • If the product delivered is damaged or defective.

  • If the wrong product has been delivered.

  • If there is a verified quality concern with the product.

  • If the order is cancelled by Ava Health before dispatch.


Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected by our quality team.

  • Refunds will be made through:

    • Bank transfer (within 7–8 business days after approval).

    • E-voucher/Gift Card, redeemable on your next purchase at Ava Health.


Important Notes

  • Refunds cannot be issued for opened, used, or partially consumed products.

  • Refunds cannot be processed to third-party bank accounts (the customer name must match the account holder’s name).

  • Cash refunds are not available for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

  • Refunds are not applicable if a self-shipped return is lost in transit.


Non-Refundable Situations

  • Products reported for refund after 7 days of delivery.

  • Products returned without original packaging or with tampered seals.

  • Expired products reported after delivery.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order during business hours (9:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday).

  • Once an order has been packed or shipped, cancellation and refund will not be possible.
